CorpData Acquires OffCom Intellectual Property from AVM New Wave
Rebrands OffCom Product as CorpData EntityManager™
Jersey City, NJ — February 5, 2010 — CorpData, LLC, a provider of entity management solutions for the corporate formation and registered agent services industry, today announced the acquisition of OffCom software and related intellectual property from AVM New Wave. First deployed globally in 2000, OffCom is an established entity management workflow solution that is used by registered agent service providers and other firms specializing in corporate formation.
The transfer was effected in January, 2010, and work has already commenced to enhance the product, which has been re-branded as CorpData EntityManager™. An enterprise solution, EntityManager is offered in both a premise-based and a hosted model, providing both flexibility and scalability, depending on the needs of the individual client. It is also multi-language capable, essential for companies that conduct business across national borders. The terms of the agreement are private, but CorpData has agreed to support all existing deployments of the OffCom solution.
