New Version of Corporate Service Project Management and Workflow Solution Introduces Vendor Portal Website, Multi Currency Support and Transactional Bulk Order Entry and Processing.

EntityManager is a software platform for corporate and legal services project management. EntityManager brings revenue optimization, workflow automation and computer security to legal services providers. This latest version of EntityManager 4.1 includes major improvements in usability for Transactional Order Entry and Processing and Introduces support for Multiple Currencies for billing and payment processing:
- Transactional Bulk Order Entry and Management – EntityManager 4.1 has added features to enable selection of corporate entities from the client portfolio for transactional search and file orders. In this release the the user has capability to replicate the order line item for all of the US States by clicking only once. These features make tedious order entry for same legal entity in all states simplified to handle.
2. Multi-Currency Billing and Payment Processing – EntityManager 4.1 now allows users to bill clients and process payments in multiple currencies. This functionality enables licensees to bill clients in the native currency of the jurisdiction and avoid dealing with currency conversion fluctuation and risk.
- Vendor Portal Website – this module is designed to operate as a standalone secure web site for correspondent vendors. EntityManager 4.1 facilitates support of unlimited number of vendors accessing vendor portal simultaneously. Vendor portal can be branded and customized to each of CorpData’s licensees’ specific requirements. One of the new features allows vendor to enter SoP work order to be reviewed and approved by licensee’s authorized user who can forward it to the client.
