They are singularly focused on developing and delivering workflow software and services that help businesses to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance competitive advantage.


Mikhail Vaynshenker
President and CEO

Mikhail Vaynshenker has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, and is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of CorpData LLC. A seasoned management consultant and software project leader with deep experience in information engineering and in financial services, Vaynshenker brings a proven combination of analytical and leadership skills to CorpData. His development projects include the design of the first expert system to detect insider trading and market manipulation for the New York Stock Exchange, as well as risk measurement software for Reuters. Most recently, Vaynshenker was chief architect for Actimize, a provider of anti-money laundering, regulatory and compliance software. Previously, he was chief technology officer of BrainDock.com, a wireless e-commerce provider that went public on London Stock Exchange (AIM) in 2000. He is also the founder of AVM New Wave, an internet and information services company. Vaynshenker received a M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Riga Polytechnic University, Latvia, and a M.S. in Computer Science from the City University of New York.


David Z Orban
VP, Marketing

Dave Orban brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership and market development experience to his role at CorpData, where his focus is on the development of strategic initiatives relating to market growth and serving the company’s client base. Orban’s diverse background spans the enterprise solutions space, including leading the launch of several technology startups. Orban is the former director of marketing for Muze Inc., where he led the company’s rebranding and the successful introduction of new channel programs and client-facing initiatives. Prior to that, as director of marketing at Actimize, Orban launched market- and client-facing initiatives that drove profitability and growth for that company. Orban has held similar roles at Albridge Solutions and Princeton Financial Systems, as well as having been a technology marketing consultant to the scientific publishing industry. Orban received his B.A. and M.F.A. degrees from Brooklyn College, City University of New York.


Sanford G. Hausner
Corporate Counsel

A former partner at Arent Fox, Sandy Hausner focused on the corporate and international business groups. His practice focused primarily on international corporate and securities law, counseling domestic and international clients in connection with their worldwide legal service requirements. He represented clients in a variety of industries including aerospace, gaming, health care, hospitality, real estate and technology. He has handled transactions in over 40 countries, with an emphasis on the emerging markets. Sandy’s expertise is providing counsel in various stages of business development, from start ups to initial public offerings. He has advised issuers, underwriters, investors and governments involved in domestic and international public and private debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings and privatizations. Sandy is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Defense Industry Association.
