Industry veteran to help refine product development strategy for business entity management software firm
Jersey City, NJ — November 17, 2011 — CorpData LLC, provider of enterprise entity management and workflow solutions to the corporate formation and registered agent services industry, announced today that industry veteran William Freeborn has joined their advisory board.
Previously, Freeborn was a vice president with Corporation Service Company (CSC), where he oversaw sales, marketing, brand, and product development across the organization. CSC, a privately-owned and highly respected service organization, provides matter management, corporate compliance, and trustee services to companies and law firms worldwide.
Among his other roles in the public sector, Freeborn has served as Assistant Secretary of State and Director of Delaware’s Division of Corporations, where he introduced innovative technologies to the state’s delivery of corporate and legal services.
Most recently, Freeborn has been focused on the development of several early-stage companies, including a technology service business that provides information assurance solutions through electronic notarization. Additionally, for the past three years Bill has been an active member of the First State Innovation angel network, and a participant in Early Stage East and the Mid Atlantic Angel Investment Network.
