Latest Version of Business Entity Workflow Solution Adds High-Value Features to Increase User Productivity

  • Adds support for free-form, user-entered email addresses
  • Provides ability to choose email recipients via Address Book
  • Adds company-centric Bulk Email communication, with extensive filtering

Enhanced Service of Process (SOP) / Customer Engagement

  • Ability to provide clients with electronic Service of Process (SOPs)

    • Provides details of SOP
    • Enables attachment of documents associated with SOP forms
  • For those utilizing EntityManager Client Portals:

    • Adds a new “My SOP” section, to provide easy access to all SOP forms and attachments
    • Adds functionality for tracking SOPs, via SOP Acknowledgment form

Enhancements to Client Portal

  • Revised Portal Home Page provides an “at fingertips” summary view of all orders, SOPs, and shortcuts to frequently-performed actions
  • New “My SOP” section provides access to all Service of Process forms and attachments

Overpayments and Refunds

  • Payments made “in access of” an existing Order Balance are rolled-into a Client’s Credit Balance
  • Maintains visibility into relationship between overpayment(s) and related underlying order(s)

    • Adds Traceability
    • Enables Reporting
    • Flags Potential Refunds
  • Adds ability to Issue Refund for full or partial payments

    • Enables a “Special Transaction Type”
    • Integration into QuickBooks/Accounting System
  • Adds Editing Enhancements for typographic corrections in payment/refund fields

Enhanced Search Functionality

  • New “Clients Grid” simplifies searches on clients’ companies
  • Adds ability to search on “Doing Business As” (DBA) company names and “Previous” company names

Additional Enhancements

  • Adds DocX (Open-source .NET Library) tags, including “#Today”
  • Automatic Assignment of Owner Admin based on Confirm
