CorpData Announces General Availability of EntityManager 2.8

New Version of Business Entity Workflow Solution Adds Customer-Centric Features to Help Users Reduce Overhead and Increase Productivity

Jersey City, NJ — (PRWEB) Jun 22, 2010 — CorpData LLC, provider of enterprise entity management and workflow solutions to the corporate formation and registered agent services industry, announced today the general availability of EntityManager™ 2.8, their web-based software solution that supports business formations and the registered agent industry.

CorpData’s EntityManager is a web-based business process automation tool designed to help business formation and registered agent service providers to process and manage new business entities. EntityManager reduces time spent on routine tasks, reducing overhead and enabling a higher level of service. From entity formation and initial order placement to ongoing management, invoicing, and annual renewals, EntityManager helps users to keep track of critical information and respond to changes and deadlines, quickly and efficiently.

This latest version is in response to user feedback and adds exciting features that help users to reduce overhead and increase productivity, including:

  • Automatic Service Renewal and Notification Management. Allows full user control of the methods and frequency of customer notification, including invoicing, renewals, and reminders. Notices can be configured to be sent through EntityManager’s internal Messaging Center or via email, and can generate customized PDF attachments for invoicing. Notices can even include “Pay Now” links that can link to an authorized payment mechanism.
  • Multiple Price Lists. Enables administrators to set-up an unlimited number of discrete price lists which can be linked to specific clients, to ensure correct pricing and billing for services. In addition, special discounts or surcharges can be assigned on a per-client basis.
  • Grouping of Services. Enables an EntityManager administrator to group services according to pre-defined groups or labels, so that available services are displayed as compact groups instead of as long, unwieldy lists.
  • Customer Branding Center. EntityManager now provides authorized users with full control of co-branding, to customize the appearance of the application to match a user’s own branding scheme. The system Administrator can upload their company logo to be used as a graphical icon, and can even specify accent colors to be used throughout the application. In addition, EntityManager now provides enhancements to the system’s mail gateway, for further customization of outgoing notifications or messages.

Misha Vaynshenker, CorpData’s president and CEO, said, “We’re excited to be offering this latest version of EntityManager, and we believe that these enhancements address some of the important feedback we’re getting from both clients and prospects. Our goal is to provide not only the best value in entity management workflow solutions, but also to demonstrate a strong commitment to our clients, who are using our web-based technology to reduce overhead, while increasing both productivity and overall profitability.” He added, “Even more enhancements are in the product development pipeline, and we think that each iteration will help solidify our position as the technology leader in this space.”

CorpData’s EntityManager is a web-based business process automation tool designed to help business formation and registered agent service providers to process and manage new business entities. EntityManager reduces time spent on routine tasks, reducing overhead and enabling a higher level of service. And for entities operating in multiple jurisdictions, foreign qualifications are streamlined across all jurisdictions.
  • Order Management “Wizard” Simplifies Placement and Management of Orders – Built-in default settings for all entity types enables users to place and manage orders immediately, with no additional configuration requirements. AVM New Wave Concludes Venture Financing Discussions with SIA Transact Pro

AVM New Wave Concludes Venture Financing Discussions with SIA Transact Pro

Companies see synergies and strategic opportunities for mutual growth and added benefit to clients

New York, NY — September 1, 2009 — AVM New Wave, a leading provider of intuitive, ready-to-use business process automation solutions targeting the financial services and legal verticals, has concluded venture financing discussions with SIA Transact Pro, a provider of card and transaction processing services based in Latvia. SIA Transact Pro will make a substantial investment in AVM New Wave, and will look to exploit synergies between the two companies in order to foster mutual growth.

Since its founding in 2004, SIA Transact Pro has provided payment processing and card services to a clientele that includes both corporate entities and private individuals. With a base of more than 14,000 retail customers, the company provides card issuance and merchant acquiring services, and maintains solid relationships with banking industry partners including many Visa and MasterCard member banks. Their interest in AVM centered around AVM’s OffCom entity management software product, which provides workflow automation around the myriad of paperwork typically associated with the formation of corporations and other business entities. Looking to become a preferred transaction processing provide for commercial transactions, SIA Transact Pro saw a rare opportunity window occurring during the early stages of entity formation, and, by partnering with AVM, SIA Transact Pro can present their services to newly-formed business entities at their inception.

Says Mark Moskvin, CEO of SIA Transact Pro, “Partnering with AVM will enable us to present our card- and transaction-processing services — as well as other, related services — to newly-formed companies at their inception, providing a unique opportunity to engage when these companies are first considering what services they will require, and which vendors will be most suitable. By engaging at this early stage, we believe we can present our compelling value proposition free from much of the static that occurs once a company is in full operation.”

Mikhail Vaynshenker, president of AVM New Wave, says, “We welcome the investment and partnership with SIA Transact Pro, and believe that this relationship will be a mutually rewarding one. More importantly, with both parties bringing significant expertise to the table, we believe this combination will ultimately prove beneficial to our clients, providing access to an expanded product offering and delivering a wide range of critical yet affordable, value-added business support services.”
